AutoGK Crashes on 2-pass

Every time I select "Predefined size" or "Custom size" option, AutoGK will use 2-pass. At the beginning of 2nd pass, it always crashes with error that my movie.avi file is being use and can't open. I'm setting something wrong here?

You may want to have a look at FAQ 6.8/15/16 and/or MoreFAQ 6.3.1 - 6.16.1 - 6.17

In short, try to make a clean uninstall, clean re-install, if no good look for overheating or component(s) failure...
