Please Hlep to solve (MPEG2Dec:Error during decoder initialisation)

When I use IFOedit soft to open the VIDEO_TS.IFO file > then down at the line " Menu 1: [Title-Menu] (entry PGC) (Programs: 1) (Cells: 1)...." I double-click on it, the Error message shows me such that " MPEG2Dec:Error during decoder initialisation. "
i notice that anytime i get this error mess and I try to burn its VIDEO_TS folder to DVD, I can never watch it on my home dvd player .My pansonnic dvd player still can play, but it just shows me the black screem and no sound .
i have searched for this infor for months, and i've tried to use diffenrent ways to solve this problem , but still the same . anyone has exprerienced like this please help me to solve it . any help would be appreciated .
