Well, I don't know if this is the right section but here goes.
I want to encode my VOB telecined videos into Windows Media 9 in 23.97 fps.
I can't find a program that can do IVTC and encode the output to WMV all programs i've tried such as ProCoder 2.0, Sorenson Squeeze, etc. but all of them only "deinterlace" which is NOT what i need.
Any suggestions?
