Errr... playing that file with in MPC using ffdshow and deinterlacing it using LeakKernelDeint, LeakKernelBob and your EEDI2/TDeint combo showed nothing out of the ordinary - could you explain exactly what you problem is?

What exactly is the problem that you are reporting?

I applied your tdeint script and didn't see any obvious problems.

very blocky, cant even read channel logo properly. for a 8mbit source kinda strange imo

on the tv it looks excellent, even in the fast motion scenes
the recode only lookin good in the normal motion scenes

maybe there are some tricks'n'tips to reduce it. wanted to try mv or mcbob, but its difficult to find all scripts and plugins needed

What kind of TV, what kind of monitor?

On a good old CRT TV everything is going to look better than on an LCD display due to it's inherent blurriness.

Also, you really should turn on post-processing in Mpeg2Source to reduce the blocks.

i got even mcbob to run but 0.8fps 1st pass :/ - lookin forward to see the result
