I can use *ADAPTIVEMATRIX feature of HC in DVD-RB?

Probably not... I'm not sure where HC looks for MATRIX.DLL -- but if it is supposed to be in the same directory as HCENC.EXE, it isn't copied to the temp directory during encoding execution.

Just out of interest, have you written some code with a matrix selection algorithm for HC (matrix.dll)?
