How do I add a bunch of files as chapters in a single mkv file?
Currently I have a bunch of flv doccumentaries, which I wish to make part of a single file(.mkv)
Please tell me the program to use, and also tell me if I can add multiple formats as chapters in a single mkv file.:thanks: in advance.

Let me make it a bit more clear:
I have a doccumentary which is in parts, and each part is a seperate flv file. But they have been split inteligently. Hence I want to combine them as a part of a single video file using the matroska container, but preferably include each video as a chapter.
any help on how this can be done will be greately appritiated.
this is urgent:confused:

another request, can someone atlease give me an avisynth script for the same? But I still prefer a GUIed editor...
even a software that can losslessly join FLV files will do, but I want a matroska solution :(

UPDATE: I used the flv extract to make a seperate audio and video file for each of my flvs.
video was avi/flv1 and audio was mp3
I then used mkvmerge GUI to join 'em up to a single mkv file with both audio and video.
But I now want to know how I can add these mkv files as chapters in a single file.
If anyone can help, please do. else I am browsing the net for it.
I will post an :readfaq: on the same after I am done for the benifit of others:cool:

UPDATE(yet again):
I noticed that MediaCoder must be able to do what I want easily. It has all the options built in, but it is a piece of crap because it crashes each time I try something to join videos...
can't wait for 1.0
Can anyone tell me how to use AviSynthGUI? atleast direct me to a full fledged guide on its usage.

www.avisynth.org
There's a GUI there, or you can use Avsp.

Ever heard of the edit button? And members here are expected to make a certain effort on their part before asking.. I don't see you doing that.. whenever you hit a snag, instead of spending a few minutes thinking about your options, you just run over here and post another question. It's time for this to change!
