Decrypting CPRM/dvd_rtav

Does anyone know a way to rip a DVD recorded disk that is formatted as a dvd_rtav with CPRM ecncryption?

it looks like the cunsumer DVD recorder is applying this encryption to all discs it records.

Any luck?
