Validation Errors in MediaBuilder

Well, I downloaded these .avi's from the net. They play properly in Windows Media, DIVX viewer and on my DVD player at home. However, I am always getting the following 'chunk' error when the DIVX file is being created in MediaBuilder.
Validation error - message: movi chunk fourcc !=index chunk fourcc (01wb) movi chunk offset (.....) mediasource objectid:7

What am I missing ?

You´ll have to read the rules again.

I didn't mean to abuse any rules. Just downloaded season 1 of '24' that someone taped from TV and I hadn't seen yet.
