Best backup solution???

Hey its been awhile since ive been on this forum or backed up anything.... I used to use DVD ReBuilder for all my backup needs, and was really just curious to know what everyone thinks is the best backup program, if theres anything new around, or if ReBuilder is still the best way to go.... Any help is appreciated, thanks
