1. After taking a job through Prepare and in Preview/Edit, making some compression adjustments, should one go through Prepare again ( or go to One Click mode and select Rebuild, or just click Encode or Rebuild?

I suspect the former would undo everything done in Preview/Edit, but I'm not sure. :thanks:

In DVDRB Pro, after you "Save and Quit" in the Segment Editor, a message will popup that notifies you of your changes being applied to the Working Path.

A PREPARE phase will completely empty your Working Path and start over, meaning that all Segment Editor adjustments will be lost. So:

> If you click Encode or Rebuild after using the Segment Editor, you won't lose adjustments (because the PREPARE phase isn't re-run.)

> If you switch to One-Click Mode and click Backup, I'm also pretty sure the PREPARE phase isn't re-run.

> In Batch Mode, you WILL lose your Segment Editor adjustments unless you checkmark File -> "Skip PREPARE Phase in Batch". (And remember that for multi-job Batches you might have to use a different Working Path for each project, depending on whether you want to apply Segment Editor adjustments)

Ticking 1-Click-Mode means always to start from scratch.
