MeGUI has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Check MeGUI's files integrity (Libraries) and make sure you have MS .NET Framework 2.0 installed properly.
Can you report much more infos ? this can help.

Everything is fine. I have .net framework 2.0 installed too.

I've seen that error screen. For me re-installing MS .NET Framework 2.0 helped.

Well I uninstalled both framework and megui then did a clean install. BooOOom, it worked but I had to get plugins, updates agen...:(
Oh well...
