Hello,
i have a Tv-Show (Scrubs) on DVD and i will encode it to x264. The DVD files (.vob) are on my Disk but how can i Extract the Episodes? With PgcDemux is it very very slow to extract 100 Episodes.
Does any one now a Tool to do this Job faster?
Sorry for my bad English

Good question, but wrong forum. This forum is for editing DVDs in the original DVD format, you are trying to transcode the DVD streams.
I feel your pain. I have of lot of TV episodes on DVD, and ripping them takes a lot of work. Your two choices are:
*1 Step: Rip with DVD Decrypter in PGC mode.
*2 Step: Rip with DVD Decrypter in File mode, and then extract each PGC with PGC demux.
Sounds like you are doing it the two step way.
Since most people rip movies and not TV episodes, these programs don't have a batch mode... which is the real problem.
I usually do it the first way. This is becuase DVDD can generate other useful files for you, such as: a streams file, which details audio tracks (meGUI uses this), a chapters file, a log file, etc etc.
What we need is a good front end to automate the PGC ripping process, but I havn't found one. My guess is that any programs that have anything to do with ripping is risky from a legal perspective: look how fast they stomped on RipItForMe.
I tinker with scripting languages in my spare time, if I ever manage to create a functional episode ripper I'll post it on these forums.
