I'm currently using Nero Recode 2, 2.5.40 and I'm having an issue with completing an encode.
Basically, it just freezes. But it doesn't appear to freeze, the clock keeps counting, the FPS remains constant but the actual percentage complete does not shift. Now this doesn't happen all the time (30s, 3min clips seem to be fine), but when it does it's annoying, as it's usually some random time through a 15hr encode or the like.
The settings I use are typically the HDTV AVC profile at 4mbps with HE AAC at 128, and all from The Matrix which I have sitting on my HD.
The end result of all of this is so I can play this content on my PS3, or use Nero MediaHome to stream it there.
