With XP loading a .d2v file (dvd2avi) in tmpg

with my laptop I cannot load the d2v file in tmpg under xp. my other 2 computers work, but they have 9x Os's. Any help would be majorly appretiated. I don't know if this is enough information, if anymore is needed please feel free to ask.

I figured out what it was it was something silly, the dvd2avi.vfp file was not in the tmpg dir. I don't know why this was but if anyone else has this prob here is the answer.
