Menu Shrink: How Restore Backup?

After running MenuShrink, I got a subdirectory under Video TS called MenuShrinkBackup. It contains BUP and IFO files.

The Video TS directory contains BUP, IFO and VOB files in a whole bunch of VTS's.

How do I undo MenuShrink?

EDIT: I reloaded the rip into MenuShrink and started another MenuShrink process then I clicked Restore. It seemed to restore. This doesn't seem like the right proceedure though. Is there a better one?

Simply click Restore Beackup.

The backup is kept once. You can go thru as many iterations as you like, picking the frame you want for your menu. But if you screw up, all you need to do is click restore backup.
