I need a MPEG2 decoder card, PCI-X or PCI-E interface, Composite/S-video output, and support Linux!
Does anyone know this kind of card?

Most nVidia video cards support hardware mpeg2 decodeing and many have svideo/composite output (at least with nvidia's proprietary drivers) I belive huapeg also has a tv card that does mpeg decodeing in hardware and supports tv-out but thats only pci not pic-x or pci-e.

The hauppauge card is the pvr-350 which has linux support although it may require some fiddling. And btw it also has a hardware encoder.

Indeed.
Just out of curiousity, what do you need a hardware decoder for? Any reasonable graphics card should have S-Video output (with a composite adapter), and any P4 / AXP class CPU should have plenty of CPU power to decode even 1080i MPEG-2 at sane bitrates..
