Ulead DVD Plug-in : audio sync problem

I bought a Ulead Video Studio V5.0 and DVD Plug-in.
When I imported mpeg2 file which is made by TMPGEnc and made
VOB files by DVD Plug-in, the VOB files had a problem with
audio/video synchronization (audio delays a few seconds).

There is no problem in mpeg2 file.
So the DVD Plug-in has some problem to make vob files.

Do someone know how to solve it ?
