Need help to mux a new encoded x264 mp4 video with sound.

I tried to follow this guide here:

I have successfuly ripped my HD DVD from this guide but it doesn't explain how to put back a sound and language track from it.

I'd like someone explain to me what best I can do to mux the audio files on this Mp4 or pointing me to a guide that explain how to do it properly.

that's harsh man. I don't have time to browse through hundreds of guides and faqs for a simple help/question. Your emoticons already shows that it not a matter of minutes and I've been looking for a while already...
