divx 3.x -> asf/wmv

Is there a tool that converts divx 3.x videos (only video streams, audio could be added later) to asf/wmv without recompressing?
I am wondering, it would be cool to play those files on standalone player (you may already heard that soon will be available DVD players with ability to play windows media files).

Just get vidtoasf
It will convert any AVI to ASF (including DivX)

Of course, ASF/WMV is a stream containing other files thus the overhead and bla bla.. <slaps forehead> I gotta stop posting <g>

I should add, though, that I'm not aware of any tool to interleave audio into an ASF/WMV file. You need to have the A/V together for vidtoasf. If someone knows of a tool to do that, post a reply.
