wmv3 problem

im trying to convert to dvd some files encoded in wmv3 but it gives me errors

convertxtodvd version 2.2.1.253 error message:

ive manage to convert with winavi 8 but the end result the file as no sound
can any1 tellme if there are other softwares that doesnt have the same problem dealing with wmv3 codec?

How did you and why did you initially create a file with WMV3 video but AAC audio (rather than WMV) audio?
