23.976 -> 25fps audio correction?

Is there a trick/way/formula to transcode the audio in such a way that it remains in synch after converting an ntsc divx to pal svcd? (cce encoding)? If I use pulldown and mux the audio in, it gets out of synch. Also, (off topic) anyone knows if it is possible frameserving subs using avisynth?

Not sure if I understood the question or not. However, check out the frame rate under the Video munu in Vdub/Nandub. This allows you to change the rate of the vid to match the audio. Might be worth a try.

Ok, let me try to refrase:
I am transcoding an ntsc divx to pal svcd using cce. Doing so will result in a 23.276 fps svcd, so i need to pulldown to 25fps for pal. Doing so will result in a de-synced a/v mpg after muxing using bbmpeg. So I have to make the audio the same lenghth (which still is based on 23.276fps) as the mpv (which now is 25fps). Now, the question is, how much (in %) do I need to speed up, or slow down the audio to get in sync with video again?

download BeSweet v0.94beta from my site, and use "-frc( -r 960 1001 )".

K, will give it a shot. What does the command line stand for anyway?
Oh, and BeSweetGUIv0.6b2.exe gives a 404 when triying to d/l!
