Dual layer disk [Archive]

I am trying to make a copy of a disk I own. It is a dual layer disk that I am trying to copy with DVDFab decrypter. It reads about 76% then it starts to get file errors. Is there any other program I should try for making a copy of a dual layer disk?

1) What's the title and region of the DVD?

2) Have you tried cleaning the DVD?

Movie name "Piglet's Big Movie" by Walt Disney, Region is 1 and I tried cleaning it and I still get a read error through DVDFab it has "Error=400 (15 3VTS_01_4.VOB)" any other suggestions?

That DVD was released 4 years ago and should not be at all difficult to copy. I'm guessing that if you examine your DVD closely, you'll find that it's physically damaged - scratched, cracked, or otherwise marred...

Thanks for the info I think the grand kids have been playing to rough with it.
