Help with transport stream

I have recorded OTA HD broadcast using WatchHDTV and my ATI HDTV Wonder. I now have a .ts file that contains three video and audio streams, i.e. HD 2.1, SD 2.2, and SD 2.3. How can I extract just the HD 2.1 video and audio, as well as, cut the commericals. Thanks.

Thanks for the link. I'll try your program when I get a chance, but for the timebeing I was able to get HDTVtoMPEG2 to work. Is there any difference in using the .ts file versus a .mpeg when converting to .mkv with x264 and AC3 using MeGUI?
