Hello,
My stand alone VHS/DVD combo is able to copy a VHS tape and write it in VRO or VOB.
The on screen help does not say much about these 2 formats. It suggest that VRO is better for editing.
After copy, I will pass the result into VideoReDo to fix some capture sync issues and both formats (VRO and VOB) pass OK.
After all I will re-encode to H264.
While in MPEG2 land, I want edit and the best quality but back to start point: I'm not sure which format to use (VRO or VOB).
Any suggestion ?
Thank you
Marcio
