AVCHD Authoring

I muxed my Transport Stream into a M2TS.. now I was wondering can I just author this M2TS in any blu-ray author and burn to a DVD? I tried Nero Vision, but it just wants to transcode it again, also I don't want to have the severe audio sync issues that nero vision causes

It probably won't load in Recode or Vision & if it does then it will tell you, you must purchase the blu-ray/hd plug-in after that is purchased the pop-up goes away but it still fails. You could try to do a pass through in ps3 video 9.
