exporting avs script from Vdub

I wonder if there is a utility that can export filter setting from within the Virtual dub into a AVisynth script. I am not an scripting expert and it s much more convenient using gui interface of filters
in Vdub than writing scripts manually.

Does Vdub work under windows Vista and 64 bit architecture?
