What filter to use when its blurry for ProCoder & CCE

When there is a lot of bright color flashing or moving lights its blurry/choppy, its just not right the original disc is not like this.


What filters can I try to fix this for ProCoder and CCE?

what version of DVD-RB are you using? You should also post your rebuilder.ini and rebuilder.log.
