I want archive my CDs-AUDIO collection on DVD-R like a few AVI/XviD files on single disc muxed with my ripped from CD to single WAV sound.I think it is only way to archive CD-AUDIO sound without conversions and play them on my XviD standalone player (it does'nt support DVD-AUDIO). Due to save disc space my "video material" will XviD compressed one or few ( CD cover for example) still images. I'll made this by ImageReader insruction in AVISynth script. My question is about settings XviD encoder to make this job. How can I set up Xvid encoder options to achieve small video stream and my still picture have good quality ? Sorry my bad english and thanks for any answers.

As I said, I can't make conversion from 44,1 to 48 kHz because it is lossy (I hear the difference ) and I want in future back from CD-AUDIO and second conversion from 48 to 44,1 kHz then will need.

Very simple, click on "Load defaults" in the XviD configuration, then change Quantizer to 2. It should lead to less than 0.2MB per minute and quality will be flawless (based on a resolution of 640x480 and an arbitrary framerate of 5fps).
