Is your LPCM 24bit stereo or 6ch?
If it's a stereo, and want to convert to 6ch go to sticky GUIDE LIST: Stereo-to-Surround Conversion Guides (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=83752)
If it's already 6ch just import in some major audio software (like Sony Vegas ) and export it to one WAV_6ch and than use Wavewizard to get separate 6 mono wavs.

Encoded 24bits 5.1 with:

Nuendo DTS Encoder, DTS to 24bits/48000
DTS Master Audio, 24/48000, 24/96000 and 24/192000 ¡¡$1.000$!!
DTS Pro series, 24/48000, 24/96000

I dont Know Encoded AC3 to 24bits?

Sony Vegas 7, Export 6 channels mono wav:
But before, chosse File / Properties / 24bits / Best / 5.1 Surround

Export: Render / Wave / Channels mono Independent 24bits

LPCM 24bit in what format? MLP? I have 96/24 done if you have the encoder installed. Still need to get 192Khz, 176kHz, 88kHz to work properly yet.
