problem when ripping

when running programme all is well up to the following point ( Exeacuting Cinema Encoder)

Version is 1.0.5 build 3

the following programme is running CCE_Video_Information_File_Vaf.

During this part of the running the computer re boots thus stopping the programme and having to start all over again.

I am sorry if this is an easy problem but i am new to this type of thing
