If you already have nero 7,use burning rom and pick dvd-video,burn at lower x for best results(if your machine is older),works awsome.4.5 gigs is about 14 minutes at 4x,or use nero express if you are not as familar with roms set up.

Also, is thier only this option in Nero 7 2 create DVD's ?

I strongly recommend using ImgBurn, and avoiding Nero, especially to burn double layer DVDs. ImgBurn is much more powerful, easy to use, and stable. It will not let you burn a coaster, unlike Nero (unless you use crappy media, of course.) Furthermore, ImgBurn is free.

I don't know VSO.

Furthermore, ImgBurn is free.Ok.I only use nero and I have only ever made a coaster when my system was so fragmented I was lucky to find the files, lol.Single layer, double layer on every kind of brand from Verbatim,Memorex,Maxell,BenQ,Fuji,No Name, etc. It comes down to whats comfortable for you to use(if you have already paid for Nero it makes sense to learn how to use it),besides even a coaster will teach you something you didn't know before.

Well, I hope the guys at Ahead have finally fixed the bugs, but anyway I prefer to have full control on what I am doing. As far as I know, Nero is still unable to let the user select the layer break cell, to add gaps between files to improve the reliability of the backup, to do seamless layer breaks. It has no preview, is very slow to load, etc...
Also, I hate to have to install a lot of useless programs just to burn a DVD!
But I still use Nero 6 to burn audio CDs. It is still the best for that precise purpose.
