I have a capture from a TV show and at the begining there is an animated logo that lasts like 30 seconds and then changes into a static image that is one color and semi-transparent that most logo removers can get rid of. But, how do I get rid fo an animated logo?

I have the logo remover from here: http://www.compression.ru/video/index.htm
is there a better one?

I have avisynth, so is there a better avisynth plug in to do this?

Also another issue, for 30 seconds, there is a really large semi-transparent bar that takes up half the screen to advertise what station this show was from. Can a logo remover remove that as well, since it's color?

Updated info: The animation accurs over a solid color part of the video. So, if I could draw a box around the area that animation is of the same color as the background, it will be gone. How can I do this?

Then, how do I import a .mkv file into VDub? Oh, I have the latest version: 1.7.2. I know it's experiemental but it has a lot of nice features. :)

Delogo for avisynth:

Or you could just import a bitmap & mask into avisynth with the right color, convert it to YUV, and overlay it on top. See docs for overlay and layer for how to do this.

Okay. Thanks. I will look at that, but it seems rather complicated. :| I wish there were easier methods of this. This will take some time to figure out. I hope it works. :) It's a complicated animated color logo.
