Forum rules

I was just wondering if the forum rules could be linked as a sticky in this forum as well as being placed on the top of each page for idiots like me who don't realise that it's a HTML link up there.

I spent the last 5 mins searching the forum for a thread about the rules so i could find out where they were. I checked here first for a sticky with them, but when i found nothing i checked General Chat for a sticky as those two places would be where i'd have expected to find the forum charter/rules.

stickies take away otherwise needed screen real-estate - so putting them in every forum isn't an option, and putting them here wouldn't really do any good as this forum is seldomly visited.
You also get the rules right when you try to sign up.. if you forget, it's really nobody's fault but your own.
