I want to encode some AVIs for my Zune. I've figured all of the aspect ratios so that they won't be stretched on my zune and made a profile for each different ratio. When I actually start encoding, i see the divx logo in the task bar, but it keeps flashing on and off for a few seconds. Then it says encoded suddenly and leaves a 34KB file. I've tried using XviD but it won't work at all and when i use it it makes some of my videos shuddery. I really like the control that I can get with WME9, any other Wmv encoder i've seen doesn't work at all, for what I want

Everything works just fine in the normal windows media encoder 9

I'm running vista ultimate 32bit
