Bought Alpha Dog trouble backing it up

I tried rip it4me, but that didn't work. I also tried DVDfab 2 versions not sure which ones,but to no success. Can anyone help me?

"Alpha Dog" has no special or newer copy protection.

Try cleaning the disc. If you still have problems with it, return it to your place of purchase and exchange it for a new replacement...
