delay audio DD+

Hey!
I have sampel with proceeding from HD-DVD 300MB the file evo

How I have to qualify a delay among audio and the video (in ms)

Well, I tried using the latest version of MKVToolnix and using the delay feature. It didn't do a thing for me. I had to just re-encode it to AC3 instead and cut it using delaycut.

Of course it would be ideal if delaycut would be patched to support E-AC3. Shouldn't be too hard, since E-AC3 is not that much different from AC3, I think. But I don't know if there's much hope for a new delaycut version...
