Problem with MKV > AVI

hey there, im using Virtualdubmob to try to make one MKV file into avi but keep getting errors that it cant be played, i cant save it as avi or anyting, i keep getting errors that there that the audio cant be played back etc. the picture shows the specs of the episode i want to remake, anyone know if im missing a codec or anyting?

The name of the video is pretty clear: h264. You need to use avistynth as a bridge to feed the video to virtualdub mod.
