TMPEG outputs mute

When I convert an AVI (xvid/divx) to MPEG-1/2, there is no sound on the output...

How to solve this...???

I've solved the problem that I had with no movie (codec problem)... Is it the same with audio???

The audio codec is MPEG Layer-III, retrieved with GSpot.

If I remember correctly, TMPGEnc doesn't "like" VBR .MP3...
