Audio Delay with Pirates of the carribean 2

Hi,

When I demux the decrypted vobs for Pirates of the carribean dead man's chest using DGIndex, the audio streams have 0 ms delay. When I create an avi using AviSynth, there is no sync between audio and video. Is there a way to resolve this? I looked up the forum, but did not find anything there?
Please help.

Try hitting > followed by [ to move in by one GOP before doing Save Project.

I had tried that earlier. But it did not work. I then moved about 50 GOPs before saving project. That worked. It is those protection schemes. Thanks for your help though.
