I can hardly find any info on the difference between this and level 6. I have a Core 2 Duo E6600 so the time difference is really negligible. Are there any quality gains using this? Does it increase decoding complexity?

What are the other settings you're using ? There is a difference between subme 6 & 7, but other slow settings may mask it.

I changed it back to level 6 to run overnight and I'll see what you guys have to say in the morning :)
