eac3to error

[pasta03]

Ok I want convert DD+ to ac3 and I do:

After Demux by EVOdemux I have got
PEVOB_1_PEVOB_2.DD+.stream.00.mpa

then I rename to
PEVOB_1_PEVOB_2.DD+.stream.00.eac3

then I use eac3to.exe:
eac3to.exe PEVOB_1_PEVOB_2.DD+.stream.00.eac3 output.ac3

but I only get error:

eac3to.exe PEVOB_1_PEVOB_2.DD+.stream.00.eac3 output.ac3

Parsing of Dolby Digital headers failed.
