Sports at 1080i 29.97fps? How to get 59.94fps progressive?

When I bob deinterlace this 1080i 29.97fps content in Media Player Classic the output is silky smooooth.

I've search and cannot find the right script for deinterlacing 29.97 to progressive 1280x720 59.94fps. Any ideas?
