Hi,
i edited 4' of clip here in Genova, Italy by my new avchd pana...Just a stupid clip to see the capability of the camera that i bought only yesterday...
my chains:
AVCHD "raw" clip by panasonic hdc-sd1-> rendering in hd mjpeg (min compr=20) of the different clips by nero vision (from nero 7 premium), to be totally editable by studio 10 ( in this way i lost audio 5.1) -> small editing in studio 10.7 -> rendering always in hd mjpeg by studio 10-> avisynth -> nero recode (vbr 11 mbit)
no tripod. stabilizer on. not very sunny day.
in the home the light is only from an almost completely lower roller with any gain or other function...camera only totally in auto.
i like very much the sharpness and the natural (not too much saturated) color that are the best h263 weapon!

4 minutes. one file of 330 mb.
splitted in three 95mb files + 1 of 45 mb, by winrar. Pls download all of them in the same folder and afterward extract one of them.
I mistaked something in the aspect ratio but i realized only at the end of job, so i didn't wanted to do everything from the begin.
using nero show time i'm not able to solve the problem, because the file seems not be affected by "on the fly" correction changement.
However if you play it in media player classic you can view it with correct aspect ratio going on:
view->pan&scan (at bottom) -> scale to 16:9 TV...and you will see the file with correct aspetc ratio.
pls let me know what do you think about this amazing avc. ;)
