AutoCrop Clip

Well I've got an turkish VCD (documentation about heaven and hell) that I want to rip... Well vcds ripping ist not a problem because it is very easy but I've quite got a problem the clip (45minutes) has got borders that I want to crop but the problem is that the clip consist of a lot of smaller clips and so the borders have always an other thickness... yeah I cpuld now just manually crop every szene but I thought there might be an automatical way.... Is there?

I don't know of one, but any script or function would have to include a resizer within it since you can't splice together clips of different resolution.

For videos like this I personally just crop to the least amount needed or a middle ground between min and max and live with the extra cropping or extra little bit of black. The way you propose, each scene would have a slightly different stretch compared to the original...
