I really tried to search for a filter that does it, but I ended up a little confused...
I usually work with several types of video - PAL, NTSC, HD, etc...
Now I have a HD 60i version of a video that I would like to compare to it's DVD version. The problem is, the DVD version is originally in PAL transcoded to NTSC, and the HD counterpart seems to be HD50i to HD60i speed up.
I'm trying to maintain the HD version as it is, but I would like to transcode the DVD version back to PAL. I've used some filter such as Repal, Smoothdeinterlacer and some others, and the one that had the best results was Repal, althoug the resulting PAL video seemed to have frames only.
Does anyone know if there's a better way to convert it back to PAL retaining the fields?
