Casino Royale Won't Decrypt!

Despite threads to the contrary I just can't get this title to rip properly. With DVD Fab Gold v 3.1.0.8 it misses 1 file and some of the data of the main film VTS. Tried Ripit4me v 1.7.1.0. and DVD Decrypter grinds to a halt on the first file of the film VTS.

Anyone else having problems? Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.

I had no difficulty making a full backup of the R1 version of "Casino Royale" using RipIt4Me v.1.6.4.0 as follows:

FIRST start RipIt4Me - and select either "Wizard" mode or "one-click" mode

THEN load the DVD
