Your original post said nothing about a DVB-T card. The onus is on you to make your posts clear.

Now you have forfeited your right to challenge the strike by complaining about it publically.

You have to PM a moderator, not reply to the warning mail. This is not the right forum for complaints. If you do it again, you'll get a rule 16 strike and be suspended.

See here for how to challenge a strike. But in this case, don't bother, because you've already forfeited your right to do so.
