VFAPI cmd line?

Hi. I am wondering if there is a command line version of the VFAPI conversion tool available? I am trying to automate the process. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

My response would be first, Why VFAPI? It's a suboptimal way to serve video. Can't you automate the Avisynth route?

I need a way to take an MPEG2 file (not from DVD but captured through hardware), process it using AVIsynth (cropping, deinterlace or IVT, audio leveling, color correction, etc), then convert that to a number of different formats (WM, QT, FLV, may others). I'd like to skip the step of writing to uncompressed AVI as some of these videos will be hours long. Is it possible?
