Does anybody know of anything that will do this on the Mac side? I use MPEGStreamclip for mpeg-2 .ts files, but it wont do it for h.264.

demux the video from ts to raw .264 with ffmpeg or mplayer
mux the .264 to .mp4 with mp4box

try muxing the .264 to .mp4 with mp4creator from mpeg4ip instead and make a bug report on the gpac/mp4box homepage
