CAVLC code

I am implementing H.264 codec on a digital signal processor, ADSP-BF533, does anybody know if there is some open source code (in C) available for that?
Also is there any implementation of CAVLC algorithm in general available on net?

well there is always the reference JM code: JM 12.2 is the latest (http://iphome.hhi.de/suehring/tml/download/) (I think)
